Welcome to Good girls modeling agency By signing up or working with us, you ("Model," "Talent," or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in adult modeling activities with Good Girls modeling

  • By submitting a contact form, you agree to this Agreement, and you affirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Agreement Scope

  • These terms apply to all services provided by the agency related to adult modeling content, including photoshoots, video productions, and any other related work.

  • Our services include representation, booking, marketing, and management in the adult entertainment industry.

3. Model Conduct and Expectations

  • You agree to behave professionally at all times while working with the agency.

  • You agree to abide by all applicable laws and industry standards during modeling sessions.

  • Models must communicate openly and honestly about their boundaries, limitations, and preferences regarding the type of adult content they are comfortable with.

4. Content Creation and Usage

  • Any content created under this agreement (photographs, videos, etc.) will be owned by Good Girls Modeling and/or the production company involved.

  • You grant Good Girls Modeling the rights to use, distribute, and promote your images and videos across any medium, including but not limited to websites, social media, and other platforms.

  • You acknowledge that all content is for legal adult entertainment purposes only and will comply with relevant laws and industry standards.

5. Payment and Compensation

  • You will be compensated in accordance with the agreed-upon rates detailed in your individual contract. Payments will be made according to the terms specified in the contract (e.g., weekly, per shoot, etc.).

  • Any additional expenses (such as travel, makeup, and wardrobe) may be covered by the agency, depending on prior arrangements.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • You agree to keep all production details and project-related information confidential until officially released by the agency.

  • Good Girls Modeling will respect your privacy and will not share personal information without consent unless required by law.

7. Health and Safety

  • You agree to prioritize your health and well-being during all shoots and engagements.

  • Models will be provided with a safe and respectful working environment.

  • Good Girls Modeling will require all models to disclose any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in shoots.

8. No Coercion or Exploitation

  • Good girl’s modeling operates with the utmost respect for models’ autonomy, comfort, and personal rights. Any form of coercion, manipulation, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

  • You will never be pressured to engage in activities that you are not comfortable with. Your boundaries will be respected at all times.

9. Termination and Cancellation

  • You may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice, subject to the terms of your individual contract.

  • Good Girls Modeling reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, if you fail to meet the standards outlined in this document or if you engage in behavior detrimental to the agency's reputation or the industry.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless God Girls Modeling from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your involvement in any content creation, bookings, or other activities related to this Agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Good Girls Modeling is located.

  • You agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any conflicts in good faith before resorting to formal dispute resolution procedures.

12. Legal Compliance

  • All content created under this Agreement will comply with applicable adult industry standards, including age verification requirements, obscenity laws, and other relevant legal frameworks.

  • You agree to provide valid proof of age when requested.

13. Modifications

  • Good Girls Modeling reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Miscellaneous

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Good Girls Modeling and supersedes all previous agreements, written or oral, related to your engagement with the agency.

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
